Lynne is the founder and owner of Capital Kids Therapies and a highly experienced occupational therapist with over 40 years in the field. Her career has included extensive work with individuals across the lifespan who have sustained neurological injuries, including traumatic brain injuries.

Lynne is the founder and owner of Capital Kids Therapies and a highly experienced occupational therapist with over 40 years in the field. Her career has included extensive work with individuals across the lifespan who have sustained neurological injuries, including traumatic brain injuries.

Lynne’s deep clinical knowledge spans Sensory Processing, Neurological Impairments, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is highly trained in a variety of specialized treatment programs, including Therapeutic Listening, Vestibular/Ocular Motor Treatment, Handwriting Without Tears, the SOS Approach to Feeding, Picture Exchange Communication (PECS), Zones of Regulation, Trauma-Informed Care, Reflex Integration, and Functional Visual Skills.

With a passion for delivering individualized, evidence-based care, Lynne has created a practice rooted in collaboration, compassion, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of each child and family. Her leadership continues to shape the mission of Capital Kids Therapies, fostering an environment where therapists and families work together to help children thrive.

 Hillary is a dedicated occupational therapist at Capital Kids Therapies, where she has been part of the team since 2022. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2014) and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (2016) from the University of Southern Maine, and has been practicing in pediatric settings ever since.

She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2014) and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (2016) from the University of Southern Maine, and has been practicing in pediatric settings ever since.

With a strong foundation in outpatient pediatric care, Hillary brings extensive knowledge in sensory processing, functional vision skills, Handwriting Without Tears, reflex integration, and feeding therapy. She takes a child-centered approach, thoughtfully individualizing each treatment plan to meet children where they are—emotionally, developmentally, and physically.

Hillary is passionate about empowering families and works collaboratively with caregivers to create meaningful progress and success beyond the therapy room. Her supportive and personalized care helps children thrive in their everyday lives.

 Kailey has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist since 2014 and joined Capital Kids in 2020. She brings years of experience and a deep commitment to helping children thrive through compassionate, individualized care.  Kailey has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist since 2014 and joined Capital Kids in 2020. She brings years of experience and a deep commitment to helping children thrive through compassionate, individualized care. Kailey completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire and earned her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD.

She specializes in working with children who have early language and articulation delays, with a particular focus on Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Kailey uses a play-based, family-centered approach to make therapy fun, engaging, and effective-ensuring meaningful progress that carries over into everyday life.

Madison is trained with the Treatment for Establishing Motor Program Organization (TEMPO). She is a strong believer in a total communication approach and the utilization of a variety of modalities (Augmentative Alternative Communication, verbal, American Sign Language) to communicate functional needs. Ariana is particularly interested in the application of mindfulness techniques within the field of communication disorders. She has a passion for working with early childhood language development, autism, and social communication populations. Ariana is dedicated to using research-based strategies alongside a hands-on, child-led therapy approach to support the social and communicative growth of children, as well as fostering their ability for self-advocacy, particularly within neurodiverse populations.

 Devon is a passionate and dedicated speech-language pathologist who brings a warm, encouraging approach to helping individuals find their voice and communicate with confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire in 2011 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disord

 Devon is a passionate and dedicated speech-language pathologist who brings a warm, encouraging approach to helping individuals find their voice and communicate with confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire in 2011 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Radford University in 2013.

Devon has experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings. In addition to her role in a local school district, she has been providing virtual speech therapy services with Capital Kids Therapies since April 2022. She also lends support as a fill-in therapist during vacations, so families may see her pop in from time to time.

Whether supporting a child learning their first words or helping a student navigate academic communication challenges, Devon is committed to making speech and language development a positive and empowering experience for every client.

Kendall joined Capital Kids in 2023. She brings with her a strong background in administration and medical support to her role as Office Administrator at Capital Kids Therapies. With previous experience in the military supporting medical operations, as well as roles in scheduling and administrative support at other healthcare facilities,

 

Kendall joined Capital Kids in 2023. She brings with her a strong background in administration and medical support to her role as Office Administrator at Capital Kids Therapies. With previous experience in the military supporting medical operations, as well as roles in scheduling and administrative support at other healthcare facilities, Kendall is highly skilled in managing the complexities of outpatient care.

At Capital Kids, Kendall is the go-to person for scheduling appointments, handling insurance authorizations, managing referrals, and processing copays. She also ensures that important documents are efficiently sent to care providers, helping to streamline the clinic’s operations and support the care team. Kendall’s attention to detail and organizational skills play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly for both patients and providers.

Anita Joined Capital kids in 2023. With over 40 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Anita Forcier brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and versatility to her work. Throughout her distinguished career, she has provided care across all major areas of occupational therapy—psychosocial services, physical rehabilitation, and pediatrics—offering a well-rounded perspective that enhances every aspect of her practice.


In addition to her hands-on work with patients, Anita has taken on a variety of supportive roles at Capital Kids. She's helped with new patient intakes, assisted therapists with documentation to meet insurance requirements, and worked with schools to help coordinate intern placements. 


Currently, Anita splits her time between providing direct care as a COTA and supporting operations through office administration. Her unique blend of clinical expertise and administrative know-how makes her an invaluable asset to both patients and colleagues alike.
